IMPORTANT: READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS OR USING THE SOFTWARE. BY COMPLETING INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE ON ANY COMPUTER, YOU ACCEPT THE LICENSE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL ITS TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

NOTE: This license does not apply to dbghelp.dll, psapi.dll, msvcrt.dll, msvcp60.dll and mfc42.dll, which are copyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. The rights and prohibitions for the above files are described in the Platform SDK license, which is available from Microsoft.

Definitions:
"License" means these terms and conditions.
"Software" means LTProf, the computer program enclosed with this License.
"Documentation" means the written materials included with the Software, including but not limited to the user guide.
"Product" means the Software and the Documentation, including the delivery medium.
"You" and "Your" mean the person or entity that purchased the Product, and includes the end user if purchased by an entity.
"Author" means Lightweight Technologies LLC
"Activation Code" is a unique code received by You upon payment of the registration fee.
"Registered Software" means any and all copies of the Software registered with the same Activation Code.

Copyrights. The Author retains all title and ownership rights in the Product, as well as all other rights not expressly granted in this License.
The Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Product is licensed, not sold.

Rights to use the Product. The Author grants You a one-time, limited, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Product without fee, on one computer, for an evaluation period of 7 days, subject to the terms stated in this License. At the end of the evaluation period you may only use the Product after paying a registration fee (discounts may apply for larger volumes).

Registered Software. After registration You may use the Registered Software on no more than one single computer, for use from one computer terminal. The Registered Software may be installed on a second computer only if the first installed copy is deleted or otherwise disabled and not available for use while the copy on the second computer is in use.

Prohibitions. You may distribute exact copies of this evaluation version to anyone, provided that You make no modifications to the Software, Documentation or the installation package, and that You make no misrepresentations about the origins of the Product, its author or its use. You may make as many copies of the Product as You wish, for purposes of distribution as described above.
